1. Sand grinder single machine:

The sand mill is mainly composed of a grinding device, a transmission device, a cooling device, an auxiliary device, and a control system

(1) Grinding device: It is the main working component of the sand mill, mainly including grinding elements (turbine, convex block, rod pin, etc.), fixed distance disc, spindle, grinding cylinder, medium dynamic separator, etc;

(2) Transmission device: It is the core component that ensures the normal operation of the sand mill, consisting of main shaft gearbox, main shaft, bearings, mechanical seal device, and pins and other components. It inputs the power provided by the electric motor into the grinding chamber to provide energy for material crushing;

(3) Cooling device: mainly used to cool down the sand mill chamber, consisting of cooling pipelines, chillers, pump alarm devices, etc. The cooling water continuously circulates and flows through the grinding drum and spindle for heat exchange;

(4) Auxiliary devices: including feeding system, discharging system, air pump, etc;

(5) Control system: including motor, frequency converter, pressure gauge, temperature gauge, flow meter, signal amplifier, etc.

2. Sand grinding system

The sand mill system mainly consists of a coarse grinding system, a fine grinding system, and a demagnetization system.

(1) Coarse grinding system: Its main function is to perform preliminary coarse grinding on dispersed materials, creating conditions for the next step of fine grinding. It consists of a nano ceramic sand mill, AB reciprocal switching system, control valve, coarse grinding mixing tank, and filtering iron remover.

The coarse grinding system generally uses a sand mill and 2-3 circulation tanks for ABC circulation grinding, or can be switched to single tank circulation grinding. It can ensure uninterrupted production under extreme abnormal conditions.

(2) Fine grinding system: Its main function is to further refine the material after rough grinding, making the particle size smaller and meeting the process requirements. It consists of a nano ceramic sand mill, AB reciprocal switching system, control valve, coarse grinding mixing tank, and filtering iron remover.

(3) Demagnetization system: it is mainly used to temporarily store the sanded materials for spray drying. Composed of electromagnetic iron remover, iron removal finished product tank, switching system, control valve, etc.
